We’re looking for a Senior Digital Construction Manager to join our Kier Strategic Projects Division.
This role focuses on enabling the use of appropriate tools and technologies to support project delivery from inception to in use.
Location
London/the Midlands. Some travel will be required to visit projects.
Contract
Full time, Permanent.
Working arrangements
This role can be based anywhere in the country and will come with remote working mixed with visits to sites and office across the South and Midlands.
What will you be responsible for?
* Monitoring IM Gateway form completion, assessing design team capability, and managing resource considerations across tenders.
* Ensuring EIRs, AIRs and CDE compliance (ISO 19650) while auditing teams for digital standards adherence.
* Sharing best practices with the Head of Digital Construction, promoting digital strategies, and supporting PLM improvements.
* Overseeing software utilisation and digital maturity across the region, raising awareness of digital adoption to drive a digital‑first culture across functional departments.
What are we looking for?
* Experience in data delivery within the Construction industry.
* Strong communication skills and ability to handle multiple projects at different stages.
* Exposure to key software within Digital and a sound understanding of the ISO 19650 series of documents.
* Any people‑management experience would be advantageous.
