Job Role:

OBI is seeking a talented and ambitious individual passionate about the built environment and data storytelling to join our team. The Research Analyst will support qualitative and quantitative research projects, providing insightful, innovative, and commercially focused findings to clients and internal teams.

The role involves conducting surveys, questionnaires, and interviews with clients to gather data for client briefs and space planning. The candidate should be eager to expand their knowledge of industry practices and communicate findings effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

* OBIQ: Manage all data on OBIQ, including quarterly take-up information uploads.
* Market Data & Analysis: Produce market reports, quarterly reviews, and monitor development pipelines and absorption rates.
* CRM: Oversee CRM management, system improvements, dashboard creation, and data uploads.
* Asset Management: Collaborate with Will Lewis on schemes like 82 King Street.
* Pitches & Presentations: Prepare bespoke client pitches and presentations, liaising between T&AM and Studio teams.
* Research & Blogs: Create blogs and support research publications and content development.
* Investment Support: Assist the Investment Team with market statistics, sales materials, and market commentary.
* General: Help manage OBI website and occupier targeting efforts.
