The Role
We’re hiring an engineer to help move new products from design into full-scale production. This role connects R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, and suppliers. You won’t design the products, but you’ll make sure they can be built easily, meet all requirements, and are cost-efficient.
You’ll lead or support new product development (NPD) projects and help make early design decisions that reduce cost, improve quality, and speed up production. You’ll also work with suppliers and internal teams to set up the right processes and spot risks early.
Key Responsibilities
* Support new product introductions from early design to manufacturing
* Review and improve processes for assembly, testing, and supplier input
* Lead and contribute to NPD projects to meet cost, quality, and delivery goals
* Work with R&D, operations, supply chain, and quality teams
* Ensure products meet industry and regulatory standards
* Prepare and review technical documentation (e.g., PPAP, FMEA)
* Identify risks or inefficiencies in early-stage design
What We’re Looking For
* Background in mechanical, manufacturing, or production engineering
* Experience in NPD, DFM, or process engineering
* Good understanding of PPAP, Lean tools, or FMEA
* Confident working across departments and with suppliers
* Strong attention to detail and good documentation skills
* Clear communicator with both technical and non-technical teams
Why Join them?
* Stable, established business with full end-to-end product ownership
* Real input into how products are launched and built
