Our client based on the outskirts of Loughborough are looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join their customer success team. Our client can consider full time and part time candidates. Candidates must be fluent in both written and spoken German language. Due to the location of their office, having your own transport would be beneficial.

Customer Service Specialist - The Role:
1. Promptly responding to customer queries from the UK, US and Germany via email, chat, phone, and social media channels.
2. Liaising with colleagues and managers to find the best solutions for our customers and sharing customer feedback so that products and services can be improved
3. Setting up and maintaining new customer accounts
4. Following up with customers to ensure their requests are resolved
Customer Service Specialist - The Candidate:
5. Excellent communication skills and fluency in German (spoken and written).
6. To have razor-sharp customer skills, telephone manners, and a desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
7. To bring excellent English and German language skills
8. Have a can-do attitude
