What You'll Be Doing
Strategic People Partnering
* Work directly with the Site Director and Leadership Team to deliver the People Strategy.
* Lead workforce planning and ensure we have the right skills in the right place at the right time.
* Support organisational change, talent planning and succession initiatives.
Employee Relations & Wellbeing
* Guide managers through complex ER cases and promote best practice.
* Improve absence, stability and engagement across the site.
* Build strong relationships with Occupational Health, Unions and Employee Forums.
Culture, Engagement & DE&I
1. Bring to life our recognition, wellbeing and community programmes.
2. Lead DE&I at site level and partner with schools, colleges and charities.
