Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored 1:1 tuition for children with SEN, including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, SEMH, and other learning difficulties. Develop engaging and accessible lesson plans based on individual EHCPs or learning assessments. Track and report on student progress, adapting strategies to meet changing needs. Work in collaboration with families, schools, and professionals to support holistic development. Requirements: Proven experience working with SEN pupils, either in a school or tutoring setting. Teaching qualification (e.g., QTS, PGCE) or significant SEN experience preferred. Strong knowledge of inclusive teaching strategies and behaviour management.
