As a General Manager, you will have ownership of a single Jack’s store, overseeing all aspects including sales, profitability, staffing, training, customer service, and operations. Your daily responsibilities will include:
1. Leading your team to meet service, cleanliness, and quality standards
2. Providing friendly, smiling service to guests
3. Achieving daily sales, service, food, and labor goals
4. Managing a business valued at over a million dollars with high energy and standards
5. Hiring, coaching, mentoring, and developing your team
6. Preparing and serving delicious southern foods, including chicken
7. Creating a supportive, respectful, and fun work environment
What You Bring to the Role:
* Energy and a warm, friendly demeanor
* Servant leadership qualities
* Flexibility to multitask and work 50-55 hours per week
* Strong conflict resolution skills
* Business acumen including P&L management, sales forecasting, staffing, and food safety
* Food safety certification (ServSafe or equivalent)
