The Role
Lead transformation engagements across advisory and delivery, shaping direction, structuring programmes and ensuring alignment between strategy, architecture and execution.
What You'll Be Doing
* Lead strategic transformation engagements and programmes
* Shape transformation direction, roadmaps and delivery approaches
* Lead advisory and discovery work with senior stakeholders
* Align strategy, operating model, architecture and delivery
* Oversee delivery of transformation workstreams and programmes
* Facilitate senior stakeholder engagement and decision-making
* Line manage and develop consultants within the capability
* Contribute to capability development, methods and frameworks
* Support account growth, proposals and pre-sales activity

Requirements
* Significant experience in strategy, transformation or consulting roles
* Experience leading transformation programmes or major workstreams
* Strong understanding of operating models, capability design and architecture
* Experience operating in advisory roles with senior stakeholders
* Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills
* Experience managing and developing teams
Desirable
* Higher education or student lifecycle transformation experience
* Exposure to enterprise architecture or capability modelling
* Consultancy or transformation environment experience
