Events, Content and Administration Coordinator - Bromley, Kent. Paying up to 34k.
We have an exciting opportunity for an organised, creative and proactive Events, Content and Administration Coordinator to support with the planning and delivery of events, manage engaging content across online platforms, and provide essential administrative and project support across the Communications, Engagement & Marketing team. This is a varied, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys juggling priorities, working collaboratively and making things happen.
Excelcare is a privately owned company established for over 34 years. We provide support to older people with a range of needs within our care home portfolio, a homecare division and our supported housing business.
* Working Hours: 9am - 5.30pm, Monday - Friday
* Salary: Paying 32k to 34k
* Office based: Bromley, Kent
About the role:
* Coordinate the planning, promotion, and delivery of events across central Support Office, Care Homes, and external venues, providing on-site support ensuring events run smoothly, including arranging travel and accommodation.
* Plan and host Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) and wellbeing events at central Support Office and provide guidance across the group.
* Capture feedback and contribute to post-event evaluation and learning.
* Research, draft and produce written and visual content for internal and external communications, including social media, marketing and recruitment campaigns.
* Capture photography and videography in line with brand, consent and GDPR requirements.
* Maintain and update the company website, company intranet (SharePoint), internal directory listings, trackers, online reviews and inspection evidence documentation.
* Manage and respond to enquiries received through central inboxes and over the phone, logging where required.
* Produce presentations and documentation using Microsoft Office and in-house systems.
* Support meeting coordination and minute-taking.
* Coordinate procurement - ordering and delivery tracking of materials and supplies, processing purchase orders, invoices and credit card reconciliations.
* Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and within required timeframes.
What we are looking for from you:
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Proactive, adaptable and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and similar systems.
* Experience in an administrative, communications, events or marketing support role.
* Knowledge of social media channels and how to create engaging content.
* Experience working in a regulated or care-sector environment is desirable.
* GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
