The role
You Will Review And Validate Drafted Legal Content For Use In Our Client's Platform, Ensuring Accuracy, Localisation And Market‑readiness. Work Will Include
Reviewing legal documentation across MSAs, PSAs and NDAs
Validating legal accuracy for any of the following jurisdictions: Vietnam and/or Thailand
Providing jurisdiction‑specific insight for the countries you know well, ensuring compliance and local fit
Improving drafting quality and localisation standards
Localising Cloud Terms of Service for UK and EU use
What We're Looking For
Lawyers with strong experience in one or more of the listed jurisdictions
Ability to analyse legal content quickly and identify gaps, risks or inaccuracies
Confident drafting and editing skills across commercial contracts
Clear understanding of legal nuance and localisation requirements
Ability to work independently and at pace
Excellent attention to detail
