£35,270 - £39,542 assuming good attendance and up to 4 sleep ins per month

Responsibilities:
You will care for young people daily, ensure smooth operations, and create lasting memories. As a shift leader, you will support staff, uphold high standards, and be ready to deputise for the Team Leaders. Building relationships with young people through compassion, resilience, and leadership is essential.

* Salary: £30,030 - £34,302 base salary
* Sleep ins: Up to 4 per month at £80 each, approx. £3,840/year, plus £1,400 Attendance Allowance
