* Manage incidents and requests via ITSM tools, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.
* Support retail systems such as tills, tablets, payment devices, and printers.
* Perform basic server administration and troubleshoot networking issues (IP, DNS, DHCP).
* Evaluate and enforce compliance with industry standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience in IT support at 2nd and 3rd line level.
* Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networks.
