We are currently looking for a Lead Engineer who will ensure that our delivery performance is in line with contract obligations and Building Services business processes. These services must be delivered to budget expectation or better and with high levels of customer satisfaction.
As the Lead Engineer, you will:
1. Provide resilient engineering support across sites, including cover for sickness and holidays, ensuring service delivery meets contractual performance standards.
2. Maintain agreed KPIs and SLAs, ensuring best use of all resources to ensure targets are met while supporting sites and Contract Managers.
3. Supporting the Contract Managers and Helpdesk team in reviewing subcontractor quotations and RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements).
4. Conduct regular quality checks of site logbooks and subcontractor works, serving as a support function for the contact for internal/external audits and compliance checks.
5. Provide hands-on operational support where necessary to maintain service continuity, uphold site performance, and meet client expectations.
We are looking for:
6. Extensive experience delivering a Hard Services FM contract.
7. Management and technical qualification.
8. Experience of managing commercial sites or a portfolio of sites.
9. Management experience of service delivery in high profile offices.
10. Ability to manage and prioritise a demanding and varying workload and communicate both verbally and in writing with all level of staff and clients.
