We’re looking for Recruitment Consultants and Resourcers to join and support hiring across multiple functions—from operations and admin to technical and professional roles.
Responsibilities
* Partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics
* Sourcing top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and creative outreach
* Managing the full recruitment cycle: posting, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
* Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines across departments
* Ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience from start to finish
Qualifications
* Ability to juggle multiple roles across different sectors and seniority levels
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus!)
