We are at an exciting point in our development, and this role will play a key role in supporting our schools and leaders to deliver high quality education through excellent people management. We are now looking to appoint an experienced, dynamic and values-driven HR Business Partner to work closely with senior leaders, Headteachers and line managers to provide expert, pragmatic HR advice across the full employee lifecycle. The post holder will line manage the HR Advisory team and support delivery of people-related projects as assigned by the Head of HR, and will support our mission to deliver high-quality education and improve outcomes for all young people across our schools. We invite applications from individuals with substantial experience, ideally already in the education or public sector.
