A welcoming and specialist SEN and SEMH school in Wokingham is looking for a Behaviour Mentor to work closely with students who require emotional regulation support, behaviour guidance, and individualised learning approaches. Many of the pupils you will work with have Autism, ADHD, SEMH, trauma backgrounds, or additional learning needs.
This full-time role is perfect for graduates in Psychology, Criminology, Counselling, Education, or individuals looking to gain practical experience supporting vulnerable children in a therapeutic school setting.

Salary: £89 - £100 per day
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm

Support pupils in regulating their emotions and managing behaviour
Work with students 1:1 and in small groups, building trusting and consistent relationships
