Product Marketing Team – Senior Marketing Executive
Position Overview:
The role involves developing, implementing, and reporting on marketing campaigns and strategies across multiple channels for our customers and suppliers, working closely with our Procurement Team. Additional duties and overnight stays may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Development and Management: Create and manage targeted, multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote key product categories, considering branch support. Tailor strategies for B2B and B2C segments. Use customer insights to optimise campaigns and drive sales online and in branches. Lead daily activities and campaigns for product categories in collaboration with the Product Marketing Manager, suppliers, and the Procurement Team.
2. Supplier Collaboration and Alignment: Work with suppliers on co-branded marketing activities, aligning with business goals and the marketing calendar. Manage supplier budgets, define KPIs, and ensure campaigns enhance brand presence.
3. Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and report on metrics like sales, website traffic, social media engagement, paid search, and email performance. Evaluate KPIs, including ROI, to inform future strategies.
4. Additional Duties: Contribute to social media content creation, support the marketing team and branches, manage administrative tasks, and travel as needed, including overnight stays.
Desired Skills:
* Experience in a fast-paced environment.
* Budget management experience for campaigns.
* Understanding of digital marketing is desirable.
Minimum Requirements:
* Experience in building, executing, and evaluating marketing campaigns.
* At least 3 years in a marketing role.
* Full UK driving license.
* Candidate should be local to East Yorkshire / North Lincolnshire due to office-based nature and flexible working.
