Acosta Europe is a people business with a progressive approach, operating as part of one of the largest Sales and Marketing agencies in the world. We have an exciting opportunity for an Insight Collaboration Manager working for one of our leading clients in a challenging and diverse role.
Role Purpose
As the Insight Collaboration Manager, you will work in partnership with our client, retailer supply chain colleagues and the field teams to deliver actionable insight and support the creation of stock pressure. This will be through driving stock for orders, ensuring stock on hand in depot & stores is sufficient and volumes for events & new product launches are met in full and on time to drive on and off shelf availability. The role will play a key part in our client’s commercial and supply chain teams, improving their OSA and delivery levels of stock to key retailers by creating the right stock pressure to maximise consumer penetration and sales.
Role Responsibilities
* Building strong internal and external relationships with retailers, customers, sales, customer service, demand, field team and operations.
* Regularly build relationships across our client with frequent contact including attendance at internal and external commercial and supply chain meetings.
* Regular connection with retail supply chain teams to drive store and depot stock pressure to build on shelf availability at all feature space activations.
* In line with client and field cycles, create clear, visually appealing presentations to present data insights and findings.
* Utilise the ReApp insights platform to ensure stock levels are maintained and influenced as appropriate at depot and store level, ensuring highest levels of on-shelf availability and compliance to agreed activity.
* Liaise with the customer to optimise product replenishment and successfully enable events (e.g., new products, promotions) which require logistics support.
* Identify and implement supply chain projects to either remove inefficiencies or enable value creation.
* Achieve on-shelf availability targets in-store by regularly monitoring and analysing depot and store inventory levels and working with client and external retailer teams to direct more stock into the right areas.
* Proactively work with other functions such as supply chain, commercial team and the field sales team to achieve a seamless flow of insight to the client and product to the end consumer.
* Establish and build relationships across our client with regular and frequent contact including attendance at internal and external meetings where appropriate.
Required Skills
* FMCG supply chain or commercial experience.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including rapport building and influencing key stakeholders.
* Proven ability to analyse data, make data-driven decisions, and provide actionable insights based on the analysis.
* Ability to create clear, visually appealing presentations to present data insights and findings.
