The Role
We’re looking for hands-on people who enjoy building, fitting, and working with a variety of materials. You don’t need previous boatbuilding experience – if you’ve worked in a practical trade or enjoy making things, we can teach you the rest.
Job Responsibilities
* Building and fitting parts across our range of boats
* Working on both interior features (like furniture and panels) and exterior fittings
* Installing hardware such as windows, hatches, and deck fittings
* Using tools and materials like wood, fibreglass, and composites
* Working from drawings and instructions to create high-quality finishes
* Checking your work to make sure everything fits and looks right
About you
You might be a great fit if you have experience in:
* Carpentry, joinery, shopfitting, construction, or similar trades
* Using hand and power tools
* Building or assembling components with care and accuracy
We’re especially keen to hear from people who:
* Enjoy practical, hands-on work
* Take pride in attention to detail
* Can work at a steady pace and meet deadlines
* Like working as part of a team
* Are willing to learn new skills
Bonus (but not essential)
* Experience with fibreglass, composites, or upholstery
* Ability to read technical drawings
* Previous experience in boatbuilding or similar industries
