The Breakfast Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking breakfasts to order, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation. This role suits an organised and reliable Breakfast Chef who enjoys early shifts and delivering consistent service.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook breakfast dishes to order
Manage breakfast service independently
Maintain high food quality, presentation, and consistency
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are met
Manage prep and stock for the breakfast section
Work efficiently during busy breakfast periods
Key Requirements:
Experience as a Breakfast Chef cooking to order
Strong fresh food background
Ability to work calmly under pressure
Good organisation and time management skills
Reliable, professional, and team-focused
