We're Hiring: Senior Test Analyst | £45K + 10% Bonus | Hybrid (Surrey-based) - 2 days onsite
A leading SaaS software company is looking for a Test Analyst to join their growing and award-winning team.

Key Details
* Location: Egham, Surrey (Hybrid working available)
* Salary: c. £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + 10% bonus
* Hours: 35 hours per week, flexible between 8am and 6pm
Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end testing across multiple Agile projects
* Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders
* Own test strategy, planning, execution, and reporting
* Mentor junior team members and support their development
* Ensure quality assurance and test governance across delivery
* Drive continuous improvement and process optimisation
Qualifications
* Hands‑on software testing experience
* Strong experience with API, web, mobile, and cross‑platform testing
* Skilled in Agile/Scrum and familiar with tools like JIRA, TFS, ALM
* Comfortable working with C#, .NET, SQL, Postman, and SOAP UI
* Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem‑solving skills
* A team player with a positive, can‑do attitude
Bonus if you have
* Automation testing experience (e.g. Selenium)
* Logistics industry exposure
* ISTQB certification
