Job Description
Provide QS Term Consultancy service for Client:
* Cost planning and estimation
* Prepare tender
* Tender evaluation
* Variation order finalisation
* Issue payment valuation
* Closing of final accounts
* Prepare and issue tender documents for each contract including:
* Information as provided by designers including drawings and specifications
* Requirements for operating & maintenance manuals
* Requirements for testing, commissioning & training
* Conditions of tender
* Detailed scopes of work
* Contract terms & preliminaries
* Pricing documents schedules & tender breakdown forms
* Program constraints
* Site constraints
* Requirements for insurance, warranties & bonds
Qualifications
* Possess BCA PSPC-recognised degree in Building Quantity Surveying, or equivalent;
* Having 3 years and above of practical experience as a Project Quantity Surveyor;
* Registered Quantity Surveyor with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV) or equivalent;
* Possess experience of at least 3 projects using Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract (PSSCOC);
* Familiar with Building Information Modeling (BIM) for costing purpose (i.e.Cost X, etc.);
* Possess experience in on going/completed projects where Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) is implemented
