Creative Graduate Role & Responsibilities: * Promote inclusion and acceptance of all pupils * Contribute to developing a creative curriculum where creative learning opportunities are available for all pupils * Support pupils in small groups and on a one-to-one basis whilst responding to their individual needs * Work with the teacher in lesson planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons/work plans as appropriate Non-negotiables: * Must have obtained a 2:2 or above in degree * Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills * Experience in one or more creative subjects (Music, Drama, Sports, Art, Creative Writing, Psychology) * Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the classroom teacher and as part of a wider team The school will be interviewing candidates the first week of January 2025 so please apply today if interested and you will be contacted from 2nd January 2025 if shortlisted.
