Principal Enterprise Account Director | Mobile Money Fintech
Are you a strategic relationship builder with fintech experience and a passion for driving client success? Due to rapid success and onboarding of multiple major clients, our client are looking for a Principal Enterprise Account Director to take ownership of their largest and most strategic client accounts.
About the Role:
You’ll be at the heart of our enterprise client success strategy. This is a key role created due to our continued growth. You will take the lead on managing our biggest client - previously handled directly by the executive team - alongside other high-value accounts.
This role demands strategic thinking, operational excellence, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. You’ll collaborate across internal teams and serve as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders within client organizations.
Your Responsibilities:
* Own and grow relationships with key clients - starting with our client's largest account.
* Understand client businesses deeply and align services to support their goals.
* Identify upsell, cross-sell, and growth opportunities.
* Analyze client data to track performance, report insights, and optimize decision-making.
* Lead quarterly business reviews and high-impact meetings with key stakeholders.
* Collaborate with senior leadership, product, operations, and compliance to deliver excellence.
* Maintain clean, up-to-date records using HubSpot, Slack, and internal tools.
* Drive continuous improvement in account workflows, communication, and reporting.
What We’re Looking For:
* 5+ years of experience in strategic account management, partnerships, or B2B fintech.
* Proven track record in managing complex, high-value accounts and driving growth.
* Excellent communication, analytics, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Strong familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Slack, Quicksight, and ClickUp.
* Experience in payments, mobile money, or cross-border fintech is a big plus.
* Passion for building long-term client relationships and being their strategic advisor
