Responsibilities
* Manage a team of stockroom staff to deliver outstanding stock processing and stockroom organisation in a commercial, operationally efficient, safe environment, ensuring performance targets are achieved.
* Take a hands‑on approach to operational activities, working alongside the team, supporting sales floors and store management when needed.
* Create an atmosphere that motivates, inspires and supports your team’s performance.
* Ensure smooth running of stockroom processes, continuously improving, identifying and solving problems to drive the highest stockroom and stock processing standards.
* Strive to have beautifully presented stock available to customers as soon as possible.
About You
* Passionate about customers, people and products, and able to inspire and motivate others.
* A team player who thrives in a results‑driven, fast‑paced, challenging environment and adapts quickly to change.
* Excellent communicator who works naturally with people at all levels, remaining calm and realistic under pressure.
* Strong problem‑solving skills, confident in challenging processes and generating innovative ideas to move the business forward.
* Confident when dealing with people issues.
* Effective multi‑tasker who can plan, organise and prioritise workload.
* Experience with productivity‑related performance targets is desirable but not essential.
Shifts you are applying for
19.5 hours per week: Mon 13:00 – 20:00; Wed 13:00 – 20:00; Fri 13:00 – 20:00
