Chelsea FC is looking for a proactive, highly organised Executive Assistant to support our Sporting Leadership Team at the training ground—an environment where excellence, pace and ambition drive everything we do.
In this pivotal role, you’ll be the go‑to person who keeps things moving. You’ll bring sharp judgment, outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and the organisational finesse to manage multiple priorities without losing sight of the details. From coordinating complex schedules to managing confidential matters with absolute discretion, you’ll ensure our leaders can focus on what they do best.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver sophisticated calendar management, effectively prioritising enquiries and requests while resolving scheduling conflicts with sound judgment.
* Execute a variety of administrative tasks to enable leadership to focus on strategic priorities and lead the business effectively.
* Coordinate travel and transport logistics, including flights, accommodation, ground transport, and itineraries for leadership and key stakeholders.
* Manage expenses and purchase orders, ensuring accurate, timely processing and full compliance with company policies.
* Partner with leadership to ensure they are fully briefed on upcoming commitments, deadlines and responsibilities.
* Plan, coordinate and maintain leadership schedules, acting as both gatekeeper and gateway to optimise access, time and workflow.
* Support the coordination and preparation of agendas, materials and logistics for leadership meetings.
* Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of professionalism, discretion and integrity.
* Liaise with key stakeholders at RC Strasbourg Alsace and ownership Executive Assistants as required to support collaboration and alignment across the wider group.
* Serve as a trusted liaison between leadership and internal departments, promotingeffective communication and collaboration across the organisation.
What you will bring to the role
* Experience in fast‑paced, results‑driven environments (sport, entertainment, media, agency, or corporate).
* Understanding of football operations, competition calendars, matchday requirements, and transfer windows.
* Experience scheduling and coordinating complex, constantly changing calendars.
* Experience managing a dynamic schedule around fixtures and transfers.
* Strong written and verbal communication
* Ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
* Comfortable dealing with constant changes, late calls, and tight deadlines.
