We're looking for a dynamic
Roof Truss & Posi-Joist Designer
with great attention to detail to join our expanding team.
You'll be integral to our design and estimating function
- translating architectural drawings into precision-engineered solutions that are both buildable and commercially viable.
What You'll Be Doing
* Produce accurate roof truss and posi-joist designs using specialist MiTek software.
* Interpret and analyse architectural and structural drawings
* Collaborate closely with manufacturing teams to optimise designs for production
* Prepare clear and professional layout drawings, structural calculations, and supporting documentation
* Engage with clients and internal teams to clarify requirements and manage changes efficiently
* Maintain high standards of design quality, compliance, and buildability
