We are seeking a motivated and personable Bridal Sales & Coordination Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with bridal sales experience who is ready to take the next step in their career.
The position is a hybrid of sales and coordination responsibilities, with approximately 50% of the role focused on administrative and operational tasks. Key duties include managing appointments, processing payments, handling customer inquiries, and providing day-to-day support in the showroom.
The successful candidate will have a positive, can-do attitude, be confident working under pressure, and possess strong organisational and computer skills. You should be well-presented, practical, self-motivated, and friendly. While experience in luxury retail is desirable, it is not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
-Deliver exceptional bridal sales consultations
-Coordinate appointments and support day-to-day operations
-Process payments and manage client records
-Respond to inquiries via phone and email
-Provide administrative support to the team
-Maintain a high standard of customer service and showroom presentation
Requirements:
-Previous bridal sales experience
-Strong administrative and computer skills
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities
-Friendly, professional, and well-presented
-Luxury retail experience (preferred but not essential)
