1st Line Support Engineer – £175 – 200 Inside – 9 Month Contract - Halifax – Onsite
My customer is looking for a 1st Line Support Engineer to manage BAU workload. The ideal candidate will be personable and enthusiastic, with a passion for providing high-quality IT support services.
Key responsibilities of the 1st Line Support Engineer:
1. Provide first point of contact IT support for users across the business, both face-to-face and remote support.
2. Onboard new starters by setting up accounts and profiles.
3. Support additional IT projects.
4. Administer and support Microsoft Stack, including Office 365 and Intune.
5. Manage Active Directory.
6. Support Windows 10/11 operating systems.
7. Respond to portal requests using the ticketing system to support users.
8. Driving license is required.
The successful candidate will work 5 days a week onsite in Halifax.
