As a Senior Program Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing programs within the Defense & Space International High Growth Region Customer Business Team. You will report to our Senior Sales Director for the HGR region and be based in Yeovil, UK on a Hybrid 3 schedule (minimum three days per week onsite, up to two days remote). In this role, you will operate with PMO oversight to lead development programs of significant size and complexity, ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, cost, quality, and customer requirements. You will demonstrate strong program management capability and the ability to coordinate multiple cross-functional workstreams, including Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Customer Support. You will lead and manage a portfolio of complex, global development programs that may span several major domestic and worldwide locations, requiring coordination of technology development and production across global locations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Leading and managing the execution of complex customer programs in European region Manage all aspects of program execution from capturing Customer requirements, design, and delivery to Customer Collaborate, Direct, Lead a diverse, global program team with multiple cross-functional members. Define, Generate and Implement Program Plans, including Budget & Schedule Drive on-time execution. Key skills and qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field Minimum of 8 years of experience in program management or related role Proven track record of successfully delivering complex programs.
