At Sense, we are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our fantastic team within our Supported Living service in Holbeach.This is a Permanent role, working 37.5 hours per week and are we are offering you £30,141 per annum. Further to this basic salary, you will also have the fantastic opportunity to join our on call program, paying £250 per week (based on £50 per night)! When you join Sense, you\\\'ll have access to a variety of support functions to assist you in your role.As a Registered Care Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a responsive, innovative, and high-quality service that meets our standards. Your role will also include effectively managing a staff team consisting of a Deputy Manager and Support Workers, and be responsible for tasks such as rotas, supervising and mentoring the team to ensure that all shared responsibilities are fulfilled and systems maintained which guarantees compliance.
