Pop On is a fast-growing DTC brand helping people smile with confidence. We develop and sell cosmetic oral care products exclusively through Shopify and digital channels. We’re looking for a Product Development & Lifecycle Manager with proven Shopify, DTC, and e-commerce product launch experience.
Role Overview:
You’ll lead the full lifecycle of new physical products — from idea and sampling to manufacturing, launch, and optimization — built specifically for a Shopify storefront. This role is ideal for someone who has launched consumer products in beauty, wellness, or CPG within a direct-to-consumer e-commerce brand.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own product development from concept to manufacturing to Shopify launch.
* Oversee formulation, packaging, quality control, and supplier relations.
* Manage timelines, product calendars, and production documentation.
* Lead digital launch execution across Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta, and other e-commerce tools.
* Analyze product performance and customer feedback to drive improvements.
* Research trends and competitors to guide innovation.
Required Qualifications:
* 3–5+ years in product development for a DTC or Shopify e-commerce brand.
* Demonstrated success taking physical products from idea to online launch.
* Strong experience with Shopify (or Shopify Plus) and tools like Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Rebuy, or similar.
* Excellent project management and communication skills.
