Interim HR Business Partner – Supply Chain, Nottingham with national travel, c.£50,000 - £60,000
Our client is a well-known UK business undergoing a period of change and transformation. As part of this, there is an immediate need for additional HR support within their supply chain operations, creating an exciting interim opportunity for an experienced HR professional for an initial 12-month period with the potential to be made permanent for the right candidate.
Reporting into the Senior HR Business Partner, this role will provide both strategic and operational HR support across multiple fulfilment centres. You will partner closely with senior leaders to deliver effective people solutions, manage key projects, and drive improvements across the colleague lifecycle. The role requires some travel across the UK to engage with stakeholders and build trusted relationships on the ground.
You will be a confident, ambitious HR generalist with proven experience of working in a fast-paced, complex environment. A natural business partner, you’ll bring strong commercial awareness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence and challenge at all levels. You’ll be comfortable balancing day-to-day operational delivery with longer-term strategic projects, working independently and with pace.
