Overview
The successful candidate will be part of a flexible team within the Autism Provision, providing support to young people with ASD, developing their curriculum, enhancing their learning experiences and promoting their wellbeing. You will also support the young people with ASD in mainstream school where appropriate and on many different educational excursions and activities. The candidate will contribute to whole-school development far beyond Autism.

Requirements
* Must be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme (PVG) for Children. If your application is progressed after the interview, you will be asked to complete the form and have your details verified.
Responsibilities
* Support learners with ASD in the Autism Provision and, where appropriate, in mainstream settings.
* Contribute to curriculum development and learning experiences; promote wellbeing.
* Participate in educational excursions and activities; contribute to whole-school development.

* 30 days annual leave plus 7 public holidays (rising to 35 after 5 years continuous service). Pro-rated for part-time roles.
