We're looking for a commercially minded Data Analyst to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that support decision-making across the business. You'll work closely with stakeholders in marketing, underwriting, claims, sales, and finance to identify trends, improve performance, and drive measurable results.
The ideal candidate will use their passion for big data and analytics to provide insights to the business covering a range of topics. They will be responsible for conducting both recurring and ad hoc analysis for departments across the business.

Key Responsibilities
* Collect, clean, and analyse data from multiple sources including CRM, policy, claims, marketing, and finance systems
* Build and maintain dashboards and reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, to track KPIs across the business
* Identify trends and patterns in customer behaviour, claims performance, pricing, and conversion rates
* Support marketing and sales teams with performance analysis, attribution insights, and ROI reporting
* Work with underwriting and claims teams to analyse risk, loss ratios, and product performance
* Deliver clear, concise insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders
* Assist with forecasting, modelling, and scenario analysis to support strategic planning
* Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and best practices across reporting processes
Skills & Experience
Essential:
* Degree (or equivalent experience) in:
* Data Analytics
* Mathematics / Statistics
* Computer Science
* Economics
* Engineering or a quantitative business discipline
* 1-3 years of proven experience in a Data Analyst or similar analytical role
* Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases
* Advanced Excel skills
* Experience with BI and data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
* Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical audiences
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Desirable:
* Experience in automotive, insurance, warranty, or financial services sectors
* Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing analytics tools
* Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis
* Experience working in a fast-growing or commercial environment
