OM Digital Solutions is looking for a person for the Product Engagement Specialist serves as a technical expert and brand ambassador within assigned markets. In this role, you will plan and execute both online and offline product engagement activities—including events, demos, and training sessions—to drive product adoption and commercial success. You will also create localized content when needed to support market-specific communication.
Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders such as the sales team, retail staff, and end-users, you ensure consistent product messaging, provide training, and actively support the sales team in achieving commercial goals. Additionally, you will manage relationships with key opinion leaders, including journalists, photographers, and other industry influencers, to strengthen brand visibility and advocacy.
What you'll do:
* Act as a technical product expert for assigned markets
* Plan, coordinate, and execute online and offline engagement events
* Create localized content to support product communication
* Support and collaborate closely with the sales team on commercial activities
* Provide product training and guidance to internal and external stakeholders
* Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (e.g., journalists, photographers)
* Gather market insights and user feedback to support continuous product improvement
* This role suits someone who combines technical expertise with strong interpersonal and commercial skills to elevate presence in the assigned market
What you'll need:
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
* Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
* 5+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing and/or training related role
* Proven track record of combining commercial interests with marketing activities.
* Expertise in leading workshops, sales presentations and/or online presenting.
* Strong technical aptitude and ability to explain complex product features clearly
* Experience in event coordination, product demonstrations, or customer engagement
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Commercial mindset with experience supporting sales teams
* Experienced in using communication platforms such as Youtube and Zoom
* Ability to create localized content (video, product explainers, or social media material)
* Experience working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
* Strong relationship-management skills, especially with Key Opinion Leaders such as journalists, influencers, or industry professionals
* Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in dynamic market environments
