We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Private Client Solicitor (3 PQE) to become part of our award-winning, Legal 500 Tier 1 Wills, Probate and Estate Planning team. The Role As a key member of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact. Your work will include: Advising, drafting, and executing Wills. Advising, drafting, and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney. Administering non-taxable and taxable estates. Drafting Deeds of Variation. Creating and administering trusts. Supervising and mentoring junior team members. Getting involved in marketing and business development, helping us expand our presence across Swindon. Building lasting client relationships through exceptional service. About you We’re looking for someone who is: Experienced : Minimum 3 years’ PQE in private client work. Client-focused : Able to combine technical expertise with excellent client care. Collaborative : A real team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and working together. Proactive : Hands-on, organised, and able to thrive under pressure. Ambitious : Enthusiastic about developing new business and growing the team’s reputation.
