IT Asset Management Specialist, Law Firm, Manchester. We are seeking an organised, proactive and tech-savvy IT Asset Management Specialist to join a small team managing a 3,000-user law firm\'s global IT estate.

The Role
* Own the onboarding and offboarding process for IT equipment.
* Maximise our software investment by tracking usage, removing unused licences, and ensuring compliance.
* Run the Asset Control mailbox and Service Desk queue, ensuring requests are handled quickly and professionally.
* Keep the asset database accurate with regular audits and clear reporting.
* Manage global IT stock—ensuring the right kit is in the right place at the right time.
* Support device refresh cycles, ergonomic equipment requests, and loan equipment management.
* Produce device security reports and follow up on any non-compliance.
* Coordinate with third-party suppliers when assets need collecting, replacing or repairing.
* Analyse asset faults and spot trends to improve reliability and future planning.
