3. Basic Salary: £26,000
4. OTE: £44,000+
5. Working Hours: 42.5 Hours per Week
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Business Manager to join a high-performing team at a successful Used Car Supermarket in Hinckley.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in F&I and a passion for providing tailored finance solutions to customers.
Key Responsibilities in this Business Manager role:
6. Support customers throughout the sales process with finance options and funding solutions.
7. Manage a steady pipeline of finance leads and work closely with the sales team to convert opportunities.
8. Advise on relevant finance products in line with regulatory requirements.
9. Play a key role in driving finance performance across the dealership.
10. Act as the go-to point of contact for all F&I queries and processes.
What We’re Looking For:
11. Proven experience in motor finance or a similar regulated sales role.
12. Strong track record of meeting and exceeding F&I targets.
13. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
14. A professional, consultative phone manner and ability to build rapport quickly.
15. Business Manager or Sales Manager experience would be a strong advantage.
16. Solid knowledge of financial products and FCA regulations.
