Responsibilities Assist the Production Manager in overseeing day-to-day production operations to ensure efficient processes and high-quality output. Monitor production schedules and workflows, making necessary adjustments to optimize resource utilization. Collaborate with team members to implement safety and hygiene standards across all production lines. Assist in training and mentoring production staff to enhance their skills and performance. Help coordinate maintenance and repair schedules for production equipment to minimize downtime. Analyze production metrics and prepare reports on efficiency, quality control, and waste reduction. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting and implementing process enhancements. Requirements Proven experience in a production management role within the food manufacturing industry. Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality standards. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team to achieve production goals. Strong problem-solving skills and the capability to make decisions under pressure. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with various stakeholders. Flexibility to work shifts as needed, including weekends and holidays.
