Dynamics 365 Business Central Support / Consultant – Microsoft Partner
UK (Remote)
Up to £65,000 + Benefits
A respected Microsoft Partner in the UK is looking to appoint a Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365BC) Support / Consultant to join their growing team. This hybrid role is ideal for a functional consultant or senior support analyst who thrives in a dual capacity—delivering expert user support while contributing to ERP implementation and optimisation projects.
Role Overview:
In this position, you will provide high-quality 2nd and 3rd line support to clients using D365 Business Central, as well as participate in solution design, configuration, and rollout for ongoing consultancy projects. You'll work closely with clients and internal delivery teams, helping bridge the gap between live system support and new functionality delivery.
Location:
UK-based role with hybrid working. Occasional travel to client sites may be required. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
Up to £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a strong benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert support for D365 Business Central across finance, operations, and warehousing modules
* Resolve technical and functional issues, escalating where necessary and ensuring client satisfaction
* Assist with configuration, testing, data migration, and go-live activities as part of wider project teams
* Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to deliver tailored ERP enhancements
* Document solutions, support logs, and process improvements aligned with best practice
* Support knowledge sharing, user training, and ongoing client relationship management
Key Requirements:
* Strong experience supporting or consulting on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV)
* Good understanding of core ERP modules such as Finance, Inventory, Sales, Purchasing, or Warehousing
* Experience working within a Microsoft Partner or multi-client support environment preferred
* Excellent problem-solving skills and client-facing communication
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative project team
* Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided)
