Position: Children\'s Home Dual Registered Manager (1 & 2 Bed homes)
Location: Bransley
Salary: £56,981 + Bonuses
Contract Type: Permanent | Full-Time
Responsibilities
* Day-to-day management of both homes, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with legislation, Ofsted and organisational policies.
* Lead and inspire the team to deliver positive outcomes for children and young people.
* Build strong, effective relationships with young people, colleagues, families, and external agencies.
* Drive quality standards and ensure safeguarding and child protection procedures are consistently met.
* Oversee admissions, discharges, records, reports and monitoring systems.
* Chair meetings, contribute to senior leadership, and promote innovation in care provision.
* Take part in on-call responsibilities and support rotas when needed.

What we're looking for
* A recognised qualification such as QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (Children & Young People), plus a QCF Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People Workforce (or equivalent).
* Minimum 3 years\' experience in children\'s residential care within the last 5 years, including at least 1 year in a supervisory/management role.
* Strong knowledge of Ofsted inspection requirements, safeguarding, and children\'s home legislation.
* A confident leader with experience managing and motivating a team.
* Must hold a full manual driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
