Our client is thriving, has a great reputation as an employer and is in a unique position to offer surveyors real ownership of their projects through the whole project cycle.
A few of the key points:
The majority of their work is two-stage tendering and they don’t employ estimators so you won’t be burdened with trying to find a margin on a scheme you are not familiar with, you will be taking ownership of the project from the very beginning.
Wide variety of schemes in the London area will allow you to rapidly progress into a senior role and beyond. They are winning work from big name, top 10 contractors, which include a ÂŁ60m super prime Marylebone scheme, a ÂŁ30m cut and carve in W1 and ÂŁ40m works on a internationally iconic site.
Highly experienced, very professional, driven and supportive team around you. You will be learning from the best, supported in order to achieve your potential, whilst being given the freedom to make your own decisions.
Smart central office, fun teammates, lots of social aspects, family friendly.
