🔑 What You’ll Do
* Lead the execution of Industrials & Services M&A transactions (sell-side focus).
* Support on advisory and capital raising mandates.
* Build and present financial models, valuations, and marketing materials.
* Coordinate business due diligence and transaction workstreams.
* Contribute to business development and origination alongside senior bankers.
* Manage and coach junior team members, ensuring top-quality output.
1. ✅ What We’re Looking For
* 4–5 years’ M&A experience (Investment Bank, Boutique, or Big 4 Corporate Finance/M&A).
* Proven track record in mid-market M&A sell-side execution.
* Fluent French speaker (essential).
* Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.
* Commercial knowledge of the Industrials or Business Services sector.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build client relationships.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.
