SEN & Inclusion Support Role – Full Time | Secondary Mainstream Support

Responsibilities
* Providing 1:1 support for a named student, helping them reach their full potential
* Monitoring progress and adjusting support plans with care and confidence
* Liaising with parents/carers, teaching staff, and external professionals
* Completing annual reviews and maintaining accurate pupil profiles
* Keeping intervention records up to date and meaningful
* Supporting the SENDCo with inclusive planning and pastoral strategies
