We are a growing construction company looking for a newly qualified Construction Estimator & Office Administrator who is ready to kick start their career. This is a dual role, ideal for someone who enjoys both fieldwork and office-based responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Research and identify potential construction projects and opportunities.
* Prepare accurate cost estimates, proposals, and tender submissions.
* Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and clients to gather project details.
* Maintain and organize office files, records, and project documentation.
* Handle general administrative duties such as emails, phone calls, and scheduling.
* Support management with project tracking, reporting, and follow-ups.
Requirements:
* Recently qualified in construction, quantity surveying, estimating, or related field.
* Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
* Good computer skills (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks.
* Strong communication skills and a positive attitude,negotiation skills.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.
