Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters including: Buying and selling commercial property Commercial leases and licences Property finance transactions Development work Options agreements Pre-emption agreements Overage agreements Landlord and tenant matters The role will also involve building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and new clients and professional contacts.
