In project scheduling at Siemens Energy Transmission, every day brings new challenges across all phases of our projects. As a key member of the project management team, you will contribute to planning and guiding future‑focused power transmission projects and actively support the energy transition.
Working collaboratively, you will help shape project goals, anticipate obstacles, and ensure smooth execution. Your work lays important foundations for a reliable and sustainable energy supply for the future.
How You’ll Make an Impact
1. Perform scheduling during the bid and execution phases for complex turnkey power transmission projects.
2. Build, customize, and update detailed project schedules with 4,000+ activities using Primavera P6.
3. Plan and coordinate contract schedules with project management, engineering, construction teams, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Regularly update the schedule in line with established project management methods and reporting requirements (, critical path analysis, milestone trend analysis, earned value management, deviation analysis).
5. Identify schedule deviations and develop suitable corrective measures.
What You Bring
6. Completed technical studies or technical training paired with several years of relevant professional experience.
7. Extensive experience with strong skills in scheduling, resource planning, project planning and control, critical path analysis, and network planning.
8. Professional experience working across engineering, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning interfaces.
9. Proficiency in PRIMAVERA Enterprise (P6) and MS Project.
10. Experience in EPC projects, ideally within the power transmission sector.
