Job Summary
We’re looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to oversee a team of five compliance analysts in Bristol. The role begins in January and involves day‑to‑day supervision, escalation management and process‑improvement support for fellow team leaders.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team of five compliance analysts.
* Handle day‑to‑day responsibilities and escalated queries.
* Support fellow team leaders with process improvements and advice.
* Report on progress with ongoing compliance issues.
* Maintain high communication, organisational and detail‑oriented skills.
Requirements
* Experience leading teams in AML, KYC and CDD.
* Background in law firm or financial services environments.
* Strong communication, organisational and detail‑oriented skills.
* Ability to report on progress and manage compliance issues.
* Availability to start within the next month.
