What You'll Do: As the Repairs Senior Customer Resolution Officer, you'll play a vital role in managing complex cases and providing outstanding support to our repairs service. Your responsibilities will include: Acting as the key liaison for disrepair cases and complex repairs. Providing proactive and reactive case management. Collating information in line with the Disrepair Protocol. Ensuring effective communication between front-line staff and back-office services. Conducting site inspections and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Resolving customer complaints in line with our policies. What You'll Need to Have: To thrive in this role, you'll need: At least 1 year of experience in property maintenance work, with skills in contract management and performance evaluation. Strong knowledge of property inspection and common defects. Excellent customer care, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in record-keeping and time management. Good IT skills (intermediate Word, Outlook & Excel). Understanding of health and safety legislation and a commitment to diversity and safeguarding. Why Join Us?
